Farm Lease: The farm lease has been terminated and is open for the 2025 cropping season.

Auction Method: Tracts 1 & 2 will be sold on a per-acre basis and will be offered through the marketing method of "Buyer's Choice", whereas the high bidder can take, in any order, any or all tracts for their high bid. Tract 3 will be sold on a whole dollar basis after tracts 1 & 2. Tracts will not be offered in their entirety at the conclusion of the auction.

There is a little bit of land owned by the Miller Estate on the east side of the intersection of PP Avenue & 335th Street that is not included with the acres we are selling at auction as that has been treated as the neighbor's land ever since the new Highway was put in. The farms will be sold as outlines show in the marketing.

Farm Program Information: Farm Program Information is provided by the Iowa County Farm Service Agencies.
