Tract 12 totals 4.5 acres m/l and contains a grain storage facility with room for future expansion. This tract contains two Sukup grain bins built in 2004 with approximately 85,000 bu. total storage capacity (42,500 bu. each). Each Sukup bin contains load-out augers, grain bin sweeps, and aeration fans. Tract 12 also contains two smaller grain bins and a small government bin. Tract 12 is located on the east side of County Road 8, just 1.5 miles north of Highway 96.
