Iowa had 48 tracts sell last week:
Average $/Acre: $11,158
Average $/Tillable: $13,783
Average $/CSR2: $185
% Change from Prior Week: +8%
% Change from Q1 2022: +6%

The top $/Acre sale went to a Dickinson County 39.6 acre cropland farm which brought $21,100/acre or $243/CSR2.  The top $/CSR2 sale went to a Harrison County 129.33 acre, 43.7 CSR2 cropland farm which brought $11,100/acre, calculating to $277/CSR2.
