Weekly Auction Results: 6/12/22–6/18/22

58 tracts sold in Iowa last week at auction (that's almost double the amount of any week YTD.) The average dollar per acre was $14,396, with an average dollar per tillable of $15,935 and average $/CSR2 of $196.  That's up 6% from the previous week, and up 13% from Q1's average.

The top dollar per gross acre went to a Clay County auction - three of the tracts went for $20,100 per acre.  

The top dollar per CSR2 went to a Sac County 72-acre tract right off Highway 20 - it sold for $250/CSR2.
