Weekly Auction Results: 5/29/22–6/4/22

Nine tracts sold in Iowa last week, with an average dollar per acre of $14,561, average dollar per tillable acre of $15,848 and average dollar per CSR2 of $192 which is less than $1.00 less per point than the week before, and +11% from Q1 2022's average.

The high sale of the week was a Sioux County 95 acre cropland farm, which brough $22,400 per acre or $270/CSR2.
