Weekly Auction Results 5/28/23-6/3/23
Iowa saw seven tracts sell last week at public auction, though only four met our criteria for calculating average dollar per tillable acre and dollar per CSR2.
The high sale of the week went to a Story County 76.82-acre cropland farm, selling for $18,700 per acre or $249 per CSR2.
Missouri also had some auction activity last week with five tracts selling. The high sale for Missouri went to a Shelby County 71.51-acre cropland farm, selling for $15,500 per acre or $262 per NCCPI.
