Weekly Auction Results: 5/22/22–5/28/22

16 tracts sold in Iowa last week, bringing an average dollar per acre of $14,158, average dollar per tillable acre of $16,169 and an average dollar per CSR2 of $192.  This is down 3% from the previous week, while remaining up 10% from 2022 Q1's average of $174.

The top sale of the week was a Plymouth County 96.3 acre cropland farm with a CSR2 of 92.7, bringing $25,000 per acre or $270 per CSR2.

Seven tracts sold in Minnesota, bringing an average dollar per acre of $8,300 and an average dollar per tillable of $9,629.
