Four tracts of land sold in Iowa April 23-29, 2023. Peoples Company only tracks the average dollar per acre and dollar per CSR2 averages for weeks with over five tracts selling.
Minnesota, however, sold six tracts with an average per acre of $5,478 and Missouri sold eight tracts with an average dollar per acre of $6,371.
