Weekly Auction Results: 4/10/22–4/16/22

Iowa saw 33 tracts sell last week (up from the prior week's 17 tracts.)  The average dollar per acre was $13,515, with an average dollar per tillable of $14,940.72 and an average $/CSR2 of $187.89. This is down 7% from the prior week, while up 8% from Q1 2022.

The top sale of the week went to a Jackson County farm that went for $16,000 per acre or $309.52 per CSR2.
