12 tracts sold last week in Iowa, bringing an average dollar per acre of $12,794, average dollar per tillable acre of $13,209.29, and an average dollar per CSR2 of $163.96.  This is an increase of 13% from the previous week.  The top sale of the week went to a Scott County tract bringing $17,600 per acre or $187.16 per CSR2 point.
