PRICE/ACRE UPDATE

There were 7 tracts of land sold successfully at auction between May 24th and May 26th.  During these auctions, there was a total of 609 +/- acres available for purchase and of those acres, 571 +/- were tillable acres. The Price/Acre ranges from $4,100/acre for tillable land in North-Central Iowa to $10,500/acre for tillable land in North-Central Iowa.   

A few of the highlights from last week:

  • 80 acres sold in Hardin County for $10,500/acre with a CSR2 of 99.2
  • 80 acres sold in Hardin County for $10,500/acre with a CSR2 of 94.4
  • 80 acres sold in Hardin County for $10,000/acre with a CSR2 of 90.6
  • 76 acres sold in Hancock County for $9,500/acre with a CSR2 of 83.8
  • 150 acres sold in Dickinson County for $6,900/acre with a CSR2 of 78
