Prices and auction volume dropped a bit in Quarter 3 2022. We saw 277 tracts sell in Iowa this quarter which is down 6% from Q2. The average $/CSR2 is down 3% from Q2 2022 but remained up 4% from Q1 and up 16% from Q3 2021.

The high dollar per acre sale in Quarter 3 was a Sioux County 80.29-acre cropland farm which brought $26,000 per acre or $292/CSR2.
