From New Virginia, Iowa: Head east out of town on Highway G76 for 7.3 miles. Turn right and go south on US Highway 69 for 3 miles. The property will be on the southeast side of US Highway 69 off of the new blacktop.

From Osceola, Iowa: Go east out of town on Highway 34 and travel 5.9 miles. Turn left onto the Liberty Highway / R59 and continue north for 7.9 miles. Take a slight right onto US Highway 69 and travel northeast for 1.2 miles. The property will be on the southeast side of US Highway 69 off of the new blacktop.
