From Jefferson, Iowa head south out of town on Iowa Highway 4 for approximately 5.25 miles, then turn right (west) on 290th Street. Proceed west on 300th Street for 2.5 miles until you reach L Avenue. Turn left (south) on L Avenue and proceed straight for 2 miles until you reach 310th Street. Turn right (west) onto 310th Street and proceed straight for a half mile, the farm will be located just past the cemetery, on the south side of the road. Look for the Peoples Company sign.
