A Certified Wetland Determination was completed in 2014 and the tract has been deemed "prior converted" or PC which would allow for current drainage tile to be maintained and new drainage tile to be installed on the farm without any restrictions.

Farm boundaries were originally surveyed in May of 2010.  Sellers recently hired a surveyor to reconfirm that the east boundary markers are correct. There are flags and PVC pipes on the t-posts to designate the northeast and southeast corners of the tract.
