Then, turn left onto Leisure Dr. and travel approximately 3.1 miles and turn right onto 195th Ave. Continue on 195th Ave. for approximately 1 mile and take a slight left toward McComb St. and travel approximately 1.8 miles and the property lies on the Northwest corner of 170th Ave.

Traveling North on I-35 take exit 33 for US-34 toward Osceola/Creston. Turn left on US-34 W and travel for 3.9 miles.
