From Jefferson, Iowa: Travel east out of town for 2 miles on 235th Street, turn right (south) onto Quaker Avenue / County Highway P30. Continue to follow County Highway P30 for 3.3 miles until reaching 264th Street. Turn left (east) on 264th Street for a half mile and the property will be located on the east side of the road. Look for a Peoples Company sign.
