Located in one of the most productive tree fruit regions in the United States, this investment offering features income-producing orchard assets, extensive controlled atmosphere (CA) storage infrastructure, and established agricultural improvements designed to support long-term commercial orchard operations.

The portfolio consists of two large orchard properties that may be purchased individually or together, providing flexibility for investors, agricultural operators, institutional buyers, and 1031 exchange purchasers seeking high-quality Pacific Northwest farmland. The assets include approximately 3,536.36 ± deeded acres, with 1,718.13 ± acres currently planted to fruit trees, supported by significant controlled atmosphere storage facilities, cold storage capacity, and H-2A housing infrastructure.
