We have available for acquisition a collection of three premium apple and pear orchard assets located within close proximity to each other and all located in North-Central Washington State. Approximately 319.4 +/- acres are currently planted with a mixture of recent plantings/graftings and mature aged trees. With water rights for 353.8 +/- total acres, approximately 34.4 +/- acres remain open and suitable for additional tree fruit and/or vineyard development.

Over the last few years, there has been extensive capital expenditures allocated each year to new tree plantings and grafting; the orchards are all planted to newer varieties with Honey Crisp and Cosmic Crisp leading the way. The Seller has been awarded ‘top of the pool’ awards for multiple years from several of the local packing companies that they provide fruit to. The properties include several H2-A housing units across the three locations and are permitted to house 76 workers as a whole. There are also two residences that are suitable for orchard foreman and/or managers.
