Auction Method: This parcel will be offered via online auction only. Building to be sold as one entity with the liquor license as long as the buyer is qualified. Subject to Court Approval.
Bidder Registration: Prospective bidders must register online and receive a bidder number. Peoples Company and its representatives are agents of the Seller. Winning bidder acknowledges they are representing themselves in completing the auction sales transaction.
Earnest Money Payment: At the conclusion of the online auction, a non-refundable 10% down is required with the balance due upon the court’s approval closing on or before 30 days.
Possession: Will be upon the court’s approval of the sale and payment of satisfactory funds required by the Bankruptcy Trustee.
Contract & Title: Immediately upon conclusion of the auction, the high bidder will enter into a real estate sales contract. The Court will not provide title commitment. Sale is not contingent upon Buyer financing.
