Haley Pyatt is a Land Agent with People’s Company, specializing in farmland real estate and farm management in Illinois. Raised on a diversified family farm in rural Macon County, Illinois, Haley developed a deep understanding of production agriculture at an early age through hands-on experience.
Prior to joining Peoples Company, Haley spent a decade as a grain merchandiser, where she worked closely with farmers and end users in agricultural markets, including specialty grains and certified organic production. This experience strengthened her ability to navigate complex transactions, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and advocate for her clients’ interests.
As a Land Agent, Haley works directly with landowners, farmers, and investors throughout the farmland sales and management process. She is recognized for her clear communication style, strong relationship-building skills, and ability to represent her clients thoughtfully and effectively. Haley is particularly passionate about helping landowners understand the value of their farmland and guiding them through decisions that align with both their financial goals and long-term vision for the land.
Haley lives in Macon County, Illinois, with her husband and two daughters and remains actively engaged in the agricultural community she serves.
