BROKERAGE INTERN - NEBRASKA

The Brokerage Intern supports the Land Agent by assisting in various aspects of land research, marketing, and transaction assistance. The Brokerage Intern gains valuable experience in the farmland real estate industry, with exposure to property analysis, marketing strategies, client engagement, brokerage processes, and professional development. The Brokerage Intern directly assists and reports to the Land Agent to support their business and client needs as directed.

Proposals and Marketing

• Research properties and assemble brokerage proposals for Land Agent review.

• Create maps, gather information, and write marketing descriptions for Land Agent review.

• Collaborate with the design team to create unique print and digital marketing materials and assist with deploying Land Agent marketing initiatives.

• Install, maintain, and remove brokerage signs for listings, auctions, and pending properties.

Technology

• Utilize FarmWorth to map, analyze, and interpret land data.

• Capture property photos and videos for marketing purposes utilizing a drone, if FAA licensed.

• Maintain and update Salesforce databases of brokerage opportunities, design projects, accounts, contacts, and personal goals and tasks.

• Support management of view details and executed real estate contracts in Dotloop.

• Use Dropbox for file storage according to standard operating procedures.

Special Projects

• Support Land Agent’s annual business plan and personal marketing efforts as directed.

• Coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects as directed.
