Jake Costanzo

Jake Costanzo serves as an Energy Analyst at Peoples Company, supporting the company’s mineral and renewable energy activities, including valuations, consultations, management, and sales. In this role, Jake acts as the primary point of contact for the Energy Management division and serves as a liaison to key partners such as Valor, Mid Continent, and Farm First Energy. He provides research, analysis, and strategic insight across renewable energy and traditional mineral assets, helping evaluate opportunities, track performance, and coordinate with Peoples Company team members to optimize value from energy-related activities.

Previously, Jake assisted the Capital Markets team as a Land Analyst, where he identified, analyzed, and conducted due diligence on high-quality farmland assets. He played a key role in sourcing acquisition opportunities, creating investment summaries, and maintaining comprehensive land transaction databases. His experience in land analysis and market research provides a strong foundation for his current work in the energy sector. 

 

Jake received his bachelor’s degree in agricultural business from Northwest Missouri State University.
