Bidding Process:

Bidding will open on May 1st, 2023, and end on June 1st, 2023. Leases will be executed with winning bidders shortly after and take effect on July 1st, 2023 and run until June 30th, 2024. After relationships are established with selected sportsmen, we plan to work with these individuals long-term. Bids will be accepted on a total per tract basis, and hunters who wish to lease multiple tracts will need to be the winning bidder on all tracts they wish to hunt. Terms & Conditions:

  • All tracts will be offered on an as-is, where-is basis and all boundaries, acres, and legal descriptions are approximate.
  • All lessees shall not violate State and local hunting laws, sublease properties, disturb cropland, or violate the terms of their lease, and understand there is a separate lease in place for all cropland acres on the tracts.
  • Violation of any lease provisions can be punishable by termination and only named hunters on the lease will enter the properties. Maximum of 6 hunters per tract.
  • Interested parties will not enter the properties until bidding registration has been approved and will hold Owners harmless under all conditions.
