Jeremy Darner

BIO

Peoples Company’s appraisal services in the Pacific West region are led by Jeremy Darner, who brings nearly 20 years of real estate experience to the Pacific West team. He has extensive analytical experience in a wide array of agricultural assets, including field and row crop land, vineyards, groves, orchards, wineries, nurseries and greenhouses, ranches, vacant and transitional land, and other complex property types throughout California and the U.S. 

Jeremy joined Peoples Company in 2020 from Cushman & Wakefield where he focused on agricultural valuation and consulting assignments throughout the western United States.  

Jeremy has been a licensed Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California since 2005.  He currently holds Certified General Appraiser licenses in California, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. He has achieved MAI, SRA, and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute and has served in local and regional leadership within the Appraisal Institute (AI).  In 2021, he received the Appraisal Institute's Volunteer of Distinction Award. He is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and serves on the California Chapter's Region 7 Trends Committee.  

Jeremy has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California since 2014. He is also a member of the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Realtors Land Institute (RLI).
