Steve Bruere, President and CEO

Steve is a native of Iowa with a diverse business and agricultural background. Steve joined Peoples Company following his graduation from the University of Northern Iowa where he majored in Marketing. Steve has been instrumental in developing the Peoples Company brand, and was the creative force behind the development of the DealYourOwn.com listing program. Steve lives in Norwalk with his wife, Nicole, near his family’s farming operation in Martensdale.

Steve is President and CEO of Peoples Company of Indianola and Director of the Land Division. Steve is a member of the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Realtors Land Institute, Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association, Indianola Home Builders Association, Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines, Warren County Leadership Institute, Professional Developers of Iowa, Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, Indianola Chamber of Commerce, and The Chicago Farmers.

Randy Luze, Vice President and Treasurer

Randy worked 20 years in agricultural credit including positions with Farm Credit and two community banks prior to purchasing an interest in Peoples Company of Indianola in 2002. Randy served on the management team for a banking organization with 10 office locations and managed the operations of one of the locations, which included insurance and real estate agencies. Randy lives with his family in Cedar Falls and is the fourth generation to participate in his family’s farming operation in Dysart.

Randy is Chairman of Peoples Company of Indianola and President of Peoples Company Cedar Valley. Randy is a member of the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Board of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
