Molli Hagge serves the Capital Markets team as the Director of Operations to meet and exceed company objectives and carry out client mandates. She coordinates the team and operations to increase efficiencies in communication and production as well as streamlining decision-making. Molli takes ownership for accomplishing new and challenging requests to explore value-added opportunities and new ventures. She provides support in the execution of all Capital Markets’ transactions, investment offerings, and special projects. Molli also coordinates the onboarding of investors and facilitates communication regarding asset management updates and decisions to investors on a regular basis.

Previously, Molli was a project specialist for Alternative Equity Advisors where she coordinated team efforts on large projects and business planning as well as organized investment processes. Prior to joining AEA, Molli worked as a financial analyst for Wells Fargo in its Commercial Food & Ag Lending department. At Wells Fargo, Molli analyzed companies’ financial, operational, and management strengths and weaknesses to identify potential capital, balance sheet, and reputation risk. She also prepared annual financial review documents, assisted in writing credit reports, reviewed loan agreements, and monitored collateral. Molli started her career as a legal assistant for the Stowell, Geweke & Piskorski Law Firm, where she analyzed real estate holdings and estate assets, assisted with the preparation of estate plans, and processed estate documents. 

Molli received her bachelor’s degree with honors and highest distinction in agricultural business-banking and finance from the University of Nebraska –Lincoln as a Chancellor’s Scholar, with a minor in leadership and communication.
