Lucas joined the Peoples Company appraisal team as an intern in May 2021 and started full time as an Appraisal Trainee in December 2022.  Lucas holds an Associate General Appraiser License in Iowa and is currently working towards obtaining his Certified General Appraisal License. 

Lucas graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Studies in December 2022.
