John Reburn is a land agent with Peoples Company, a leading firm in farmland brokerage, management, appraisal, and investment. With a focus on land brokerage, John helps his clients to effectively market their properties through a variety of channels, including public auctions, listings, and off-market transactions. Using Peoples Company's renowned design team, John ensures that each property has a customized marketing campaign that maximizes its exposure and value.

In addition to his expertise in land brokerage, John is a skilled land investment specialist. He assists clients in the acquisition of agricultural properties, with experience in properties that have alternative uses, such as renewable energy, and in transitioning conventional farmland to certified organic.

Before joining the land brokerage team at Peoples Company, John worked as a Land Appraiser with the firm, valuing farms across the Midwest. He holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance from the University of Northern Iowa and has served nine years in the Iowa Army National Guard, including a deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

John graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Finance and Real Estate in May of 2017 .
