Jake Sickels joined Peoples Company in 2017. Since joining the team, he has been focused on completing land brokerage and land auction transactions. Growing up in Indianola, Iowa, he developed a passion for agriculture and the outdoors, which led him to continue his education at Iowa State University and major in Agricultural Business. Jake is currently a member of the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors and Realtors Land Insitute. Jake deals with a variety of transactions including tillable farmland, recreational farmland, acreages, transitional development land, and development land. 

Jake’s passion, persistence, and attention to detail make him a reliable choice for your next buying or selling real estate transaction. Jake is currently licensed to sell real estate in the state of Iowa and focuses on the areas of Central, Southwest, and North Central Iowa.

Jake graduated from Iowa State University majoring in Agricultural Business.
