Hunter Norland serves the Capital Markets team as the Director of Acquisitions. He oversees the sourcing, analysis, and diligence of investment-grade agricultural assets across the country. Hunter maintains a comprehensive understanding of the land market by analyzing land transactions in all major agricultural regions of the U.S. as well as evaluating market trends such as interest rates, rental rates, and commodity demands.

Previously, Hunter worked as a Sales Associate for Peoples Company assisting agents with land transactions by preparing listing and marketing materials. 

Hunter received his bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance from the University of Northern Iowa. 

Hunter is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers and the American Society of Agricultural Consultants.
