Eric is a lifelong farmer who grew up in rural Nebraska. His agricultural productions and business experience make him a great farm and ranch real estate sales associate for Peoples Company.

Currently Eric is responsible for farm sales, leasing, and management in northeast and western Nebraska. He has experience with estate planning, 1031 exchanges, and the farm program. Geiger is working toward his appraisal license. Attaining his appraisal license will give him better knowledge and a greater background in evaluations for farm property. Geiger has worked with difficult transactions that needed constant attention. He strives to make the deal work for everyone.

Eric served on the Board of Directors for the Thirty-Mile Channel Irrigation Ditch in central Nebraska. He is also a member and past president of the local Dawson County affiliate of the Nebraska Cattlemen’s Association. He is also an active member of Toastmasters.

Eric acquired his sales associate license from the Nebraska Real Estate Commission in 2006. In 1991, Geiger received a business degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
