Cedrick joined Peoples Company in August 2023.  He grew up on a family farm in a small town in Northeast Iowa. Cedrick graduated with a B.A. in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Northern Iowa in December of 2023. He has worked on vacant and improved cropland, acreages, along with livestock facility appraisals with Emily Oberbroeckling as he works towards his certified general license. Furthermore, Cedrick joined the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) Iowa Chapter in 2023.
